Successful management of a parasitic ischiopagus conjoined twins in a low‐income setting

Ischiopagus parasites are fetal defects attached to a relatively normal twin by pelvis. This is the first reported case of parasitic ischiopagus twins without prenatal diagnosis successfully managed in Mozambique.
